Field execution depends on accurate outlet data, clear hierarchy structures, and reliable validation at every step. When verification is manual, hierarchy mapping is unclear, or location updates lack control, it creates reporting gaps and operational risks.
This release strengthens outlet onboarding, hierarchy management, and location validation within SFA. The focus is on improving market coverage visibility, ensuring structured outlet relationships, and adding stronger validation controls during critical field activities.
Here’s what’s new in this release:
Earlier, salesmen could create unlimited outlets within a route, leading to duplicate entries and data clutter. This made it difficult for administrators to maintain clean and accurate outlet data.
To address this, we introduced route-level outlet creation controls with supervisor validation. Outlet creation is now governed through configurable limits and approval workflows to ensure better data quality and control.
SFA login used to depend mostly on static password authentication. It had limited control over password policies and verification methods. The system did not enforce password complexity, password history, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), or biometric login options. This reduced security controls and makes it difficult to apply stronger authentication standards throughout the application.
To solve this, we added better authentication and password management features. Now, we have customizable security controls and various login options. These changes improve the forgot password process and provide flexible authentication methods for safer and more dependable access to SFA.
Previously, the SFA location update flow did not require photo capture or OTP validation. Salesmen could update outlet locations without any visual proof or retailer confirmation. There was also no proper way to fix wrong mobile numbers during the process.
To fix this, we improved the location update workflow by requiring photo capture, allowing configurable OTP validation, and creating a controlled method for correcting mobile numbers. These changes make the process more reliable and help prevent misuse during field updates.
This release improves how your field teams find new opportunities, manage outlet hierarchies, and confirm important updates. Each change is designed to boost data accuracy, increase transparency, and cut down on manual work during daily operations.
With organized outlet onboarding, clearer parent and child mapping, and stronger location validation controls, your teams can work with more confidence and reliability. These updates provide better visibility across SFA and DMS while promoting more consistent and efficient field performance.
