We are bringing you this month’s SFA product updates. A set of improvements has been rolled out by our team to help field operations run more smoothly, quickly, and effectively. Every update is designed with the same objective in mind: giving your field teams better tools to increase productivity and make more informed decisions.
Here’s a quick overview of what’s new in this release:
To guarantee uniform functionality across all field roles, we have extended essential DSR and MDSR outlet visit features to Supervisors. Additional options, including Feedback, Visibility Tracker, Outlet Survey, Update Location, and other DSR/MDSR screens, are now available to supervisors. These features are now available on iOS and Android, with support coming soon for the Flutter version.
Improvements have been made to the Supervisor Reports. The updated fields now support more detailed reporting of supervisor transactions.
This update delivers a unified and consolidated view of all field transactions across Supervisors, DSRs, and MDSRs—resulting in more accurate reporting, improved transparency, and better decision-making.
To improve data accuracy and prevent duplicate submissions, we have strengthened survey controls. The system now checks if a user has already filled out a survey and limits repeat submissions. If a user tries to submit a completed survey again, the app shows a warning popup and stops any further submissions. We have added a clear indication of whether the survey is Completed or Pending in the survey list. When this setting is on, surveys cannot be submitted offline.
This enhancement ensures accurate survey data, avoids duplicate entries, and gives users clarity on survey completion status.
Our goal with each release is to empower your field teams to operate more effectively, confidently, and with greater clarity. The purpose of these updates is to increase visibility, enhance data accuracy, and make the field experience more seamless for all users. More significant improvements are already underway to help you improve your entire SFA journey, expedite execution, and boost performance. And this is only the beginning.
