For efficient retailer management, we are introducing a new feature: retailer mapping. This innovative feature prevents duplicate retailers by seamlessly mapping existing retailers from distributors’ accounting software, such as Tally or Busy, to the retailers received through the SFA. The mapping process, automatically initiated after product mapping, ensures visibility over retailers from both sources based on GSTIN and PAN details. By implementing retailer mapping, we aim to save valuable time, eliminate manual efforts, and enhance the accuracy of retailer data in the distributor’s accounting system.

2. Empowering Distributors with Sales Order Flexibility

To enhance the integration process, we’re providing distributors with the flexibility to accept or reject sales orders received through the SFA seamlessly. The SFA orders will flow into the FlexiDMS desktop application through MDM, offering distributors clear visibility of all incoming orders. With the flexibility to accept or reject orders within the desktop application, distributors gain full control over the data that is reflected in their Tally/Busy software. Furthermore, we are also automating the creation of new retailers through SFA orders and the manual efforts of the distributor. This enhancement not only increases control but also significantly enhances the efficiency of order processing for distributors.

3. Enhancing Purchase Integration

In our latest update, we’re introducing the Purchase Integration feature, which provides distributors with enhanced visibility into Purchase Invoices (PI) received from the company. This enhancement empowers distributors by giving them control over PI management through FlexiDMS. Distributors can seamlessly accept these primary invoices, ensuring a smooth transition into their Tally/Busy software. As part of this enhancement, we’re also automating the creation of new products received through PI, significantly reducing manual efforts. This ensures accurate and efficient stock management for distributors.

This latest update empowers companies to set restrictions within the Tally software, triggering a pop-up notification for distributors attempting to bill with negative stock.
